• Affiliate program for earning commissions on referrals
• Saved boats and price tracking notifications
• Sales analytics and reporting for sellers
• Advanced search with 50+ boat types and makes
• Help center with comprehensive guides and support

BoatDockr charges the following fees for services:

• Listing Fee: $10 per month per boat listing
• Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring charges
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime, no refunds for partial months
• Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, or other approved methods
• Affiliate Commissions: $5 one-time commission per referred seller's first paid listing
• Affiliate Payout Threshold: $25 minimum balance for payouts
• Fraud Protection: 30-day hold period on affiliate commissions

5. Affiliate Program

BoatDockr offers an affiliate program for referring new boat sellers:

• Commission is paid only on the first paid listing per referred seller
• No commissions are paid on renewals or future listings
• 30-day fraud protection period applies to all commissions
• Affiliates must maintain accurate and truthful marketing practices
• Minimum payout threshold of $25 must be met before payment
• BoatDockr reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following activities on BoatDockr:

• Posting fraudulent or misleading listings
• Attempting to buy or sell stolen boats
• Spamming other users with unsolicited messages
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Liability Disclaimer

BoatDockr acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of listing information provided by users
• The condition or quality of boats listed on the platform
• Financial losses resulting from transactions
• Affiliate marketing practices or commission disputes

Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and seek professional advice when necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit to BoatDockr, but grant us certain rights:

• Users retain ownership of boat photos, descriptions, and other content
• Users grant BoatDockr a license to display and promote their listings
• BoatDockr owns the platform, software, and proprietary technology
• Users may not use BoatDockr content without permission
• Blog and Captain's Corner content may be shared with attribution
